Welcome to quydinh.vn — an AI-powered platform for looking up legal regulations and providing explanatory legal information, developed by A&D Tech.

By accessing or using quydinh.vn (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Law on Information Technology 2006, the Law on Cyber Information Security 2015, the Law on Protection of Personal Data 2025 (No. 91/2025/QH15), Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP, and other relevant implementing regulations.

quydinh.vn provides the following services:

• Legal document lookup: laws, decrees, circulars, and decisions from a regularly updated database.
• AI-powered legal information explanation support: analyzing and explaining regulations and legal situations based on information provided by the user.
• Tracking amendments and supplements: notifying and summarizing the latest legal changes relevant to areas of interest.
• Lawyer consultation connection: a bridge between users and a team of professional lawyers from A&D Law Firm when needed.

3.1. Account Registration

To use all features, users must register an account using a valid email address or a Google account. Users undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration.

3.2. Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity occurring under their account. If unauthorized access is detected, users must notify us immediately via email at support@quydinh.vn.

3.3. Age Restriction

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older, or aged 15 or older with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4.1. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure that the legal database is updated accurately, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, absolutely accurate, and reflects the current legal status at all times. Laws change frequently, and there may be delays in the update process.

4.2. Output Generated by Artificial Intelligence

Responses generated by quydinh.vn's AI system may contain errors, outdated information, or content that is not suitable for a user's specific circumstances. Users must independently verify the information before applying it in practice.

4.3. Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&D Tech and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

5.1. User Rights

• Access and use features corresponding to the registered service plan.
• Request correction or deletion of personal information in accordance with data protection laws.
• File complaints about service quality through our support process.

5.2. User Obligations

Users undertake not to engage in any of the following acts:

• ✕Using the Platform for purposes that violate the law or contravene social ethics.
• ✕Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting the Platform's content without prior written permission.
• ✕Deliberately providing false or misleading information when using the lawyer consultation service.
• ✕Engaging in acts that compromise the system, including attacks or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
• ✕Using automation (bots, scripts) to query the Platform beyond the permitted limits.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is implemented in compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data 2025 (No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.

6.2. Security Commitment

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We does not sell users' personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

Conversation history is securely stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest). Users may delete their conversation history at any time in the Settings section.

The entire interface, source code, design, logo, editorial content, and original database of quydinh.vn are the property of A&D Tech and are protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam.

Legal documents (laws, decrees, circulars, etc.) are collected from public State sources and are in the public domain. However, the manner in which this data is organized, enriched, and presented is our own proprietary asset.

When you need legally binding advice or litigation representation, we recommend contacting our team of professional lawyers directly.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via your registered email or display a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before such changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you have the right to delete your account and discontinue use of the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be brought before the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.

Services are provided to users with a valid account on the website who complete payment as required for paid service plans. The scope of service provision is primarily online and may apply to users within the territory of Vietnam or other regions with access to the website.

11.2. Service Provision Process

1. The user accesses the website and selects a suitable service plan.
2. The user registers an account (if not already registered) and provides the necessary information.
3. The user completes payment using the payment method provided on the website.
4. Upon successful payment, the system activates the service plan or accepts the service request.
5. Service results or access rights to features are provided via the account, email, or other electronic means.

11.3. Service Fee Schedule

The fee for each service plan is publicly disclosed on the corresponding service introduction page before the user completes a transaction. Unless otherwise specified, the fees displayed on the website do not include any additional costs (if any) related to the performance of the service.

11.4. Refund and Service Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of the service in the following cases:

• The system is unable to provide the service as publicly described.
• A technical error occurs that prevents the user from using the service.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another method as agreed. For services that have already been activated or partially used, a refund may not apply unless otherwise agreed.

• Providing support through online communication or other electronic means.

12.2. Service Delivery Timeframe

Typically, activation of the service plan is completed within 24 hours from the time the system confirms successful payment. The specific completion time may vary depending on the type of service and the scope of the request.

12.3. Geographic Scope of Service Delivery

Services are provided primarily online and may be used by users within the territory of Vietnam or other regions with access to the website, unless otherwise specified or restricted for a particular service.

12.4. Responsibilities Related to Service Delivery

Since services are provided online, the shipping of physical goods does not apply. In the event that physical documents need to be sent to the user, delivery will be carried out through an appropriate courier, and the relevant parties are responsible for coordinating to ensure delivery to the correct address.

Users may pay for service plans purchased on the website via bank transfer using the account details provided on the website.

Before completing payment, the system will display full transaction details (service name, service price, total amount payable) for the user to review and confirm. Upon successful payment, the system will send a transaction confirmation notice to the user.
